He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Leon Frodsham and Gloria Deen Farr; his children, Cody Frodsham and Amber Frodsham; and his nephew Chad Vollmer.

He is survived by: his former spouse Andrea Abbott; his children, Austin Dylan Frodsham (Ingrid Caterson), Bountiful, Jennifer Lynn Davis (Rick) and Clinton; and his sisters, Sherrie Lynn Vollmer (Blaine Glasmann), Tucson and Marsha Deen Hayden (Gene). He is also survived by three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
