He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hershel and Elsie Winters Ball; his daughter Ruth Raelene Hill; his grandchildren, Brett Walter Burt and Ruth Rebecca Hill; and his sisters, Mildred Saxton, June Moore and Faye Rees.
He is survived by: his wife Faye; his daughter Cheryl Burt (Bruce); his son-in-law Norman Hill; his grandchildren, Heather Deshler (Reed), Ryan Hill (Alayna), Heidi Thornton (Matthew), Kristen Duke (Michael), Holly Lund (Jackson), Russell Hill (Kim), Michelle Swensen (Jacob) and Kirk Hill (Rachel); and his sister Dona Olson. He is also survived by 29 great-grandchildren.
