He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry N George and Edna Stallings George; and his sisters, Sharon Braunberger and Dolores Porter. He is survived by : his wife Patricia Bright George; his daughters, Shelley Van Meeteren (Hal), Jacquelyn Havranek (Greg), Corinne Hunt (Russell), Jennifer Adams (Jeff), Courtney George and Sydney Hurst; and his sisters, Judy Bell and Sandra Kennedy.

The family has asked in lieu of flowers please contribute to the Center of Grieving Children.
