It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Madsen (Ogden, Utah), born in Salt Lake City, Utah, who passed away on October 13, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Andrew Clinton and Elizabeth Madsen (Fox); his wife Carole; his children, Terrie, Ginette (Steve), Connie (Greg), Curt (Shelley) and Russell (Deirdre); and his siblings, Carol Christensen, Susie Privett, Bethann Field and Mary Lynn Evans.
