He is survived by: his parents, Gerald Worth and Dorothy Worth; his siblings, Larry, Gary Worth and Sharon Bragg (John); his daughters, Wendy Turnboo (Sam Hatch) and Kelly White (Eric); his grandchildren, Beau (Ashlee Billesbach), Brandon, Brittany Cavnar, Aubri and Cody White (Madison Dykster); and his great grandchildren, Malayia and Millie.
