He is survived by: his parents, Ralph Cullen and Jacquelyn Shirlie Toponce (Carnan); his brother Edwin "Ned" Toponce; his wife Arlette Toponce; his grandchildren, Christopher Cullen Toponce, Matthew Alan Toponce, Caitlin Marie Toponce, David Andrew Kempke (Rachel Kolb) and Nathan Ryan Kempke; and his sisters-in-law, Michelle Fatovic (Holsman) and Shirley Toponce.
