He is survived by: his former wives, Julie Jean Jensen and Karen Jean Hardenbrook; his children, Wendy Jean Lee, Mindy Lee Miller and Richie Dean Vorwaller; and his grandchildren, Nathan William Miller, Jason Jo Miller, Malece Miller, Taylor Jo Miller, Baylee Ann Miller, Jaxon Robin Lee, Beckett Richard Vorwaller and Grayson Don Vorwaller. He is also survived by three great-grandsons.
