He is survived by: his spouse Susan Crockett; his children, Pam Valasquez of Ogden and Richard Henrie (Jennie) of Syracuse; his sister Linda McDonough (Michael) of South Ogden; and his grandchildren, Brian Wilson (Apryl), Aaron Wilson, Spencer Henrie and Stephen Henrie.
