He was predeceased by: his children, AnnJaniece Morris and Mike; and his grandchildren, Tiffany and Harley. He is survived by: his wife Sharmaine Carlson Leavitt; his siblings, Dennis Leavitt (Charlotte) and Debra Anderson (Frank); and his daughters, Debbie Frank and Mashele Coleman. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.
