We are sad to announce that on April 19, 2018, at the age of 77, Roxanne Romans Taylor (Ogden, Utah), born in Denver, Colorado passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her sons, Chris and Brendan; her stepchildren, Kim, Dana and Brett; her sister Rosemary Neff of Carnation, WA; and her spouse Tom Taylor of Ogden.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Unitarian Universalist Church of Ogden.
