She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Burkhart and Velma Burkhart; her brother Jimmy Burkhart; her son Rick Mattson; her granddaughters, Amanda Mattson of Ogden and Vanessa Mattson of Ogden; and her brother-in-law Hank Berg of Roy.
She is survived by: her spouses, Richard Mattson and Richard Hislop; her son Rex Mattson of Ogden; her sisters, Joan Berg and Mary Johnson; and her granddaughters, Sharon Mattson of West Haven and Amber Mattson of Willard. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
