She was predeceased by: her parents, David Caldwell and Mary Caldwell; and her sister Adele Fulmer. She is survived by: her former husband Thomas Phillips; her sons, Kent Phillips (Patti) of Laguna Nigel and Kim Phillips (Debbie) of Syracuse, Utah; her grandchildren, Brianna (Andrew), Stephanie, Jacob, Savannah, Summer, Tyler John and Joey; her great grandchild Justin; and her brother Alan Caldwell (Debbie) of South Jordan. She is also survived by sons, daughters-in-law, and grandchildren.
