She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Dale Warburton and Ruth Warburton. She is survived by: her aunt Kathy; her uncle Wayne; her spouse Michael Jason Hall; her daughter Mylee; her grandparents, William White and Donna White; her parents, Brad Warburton and Debbie Warburton; her sister Natalie Redd (Shawn); her siblings' children, Chance, Hannah and West; her sister Lindsay Braithwaite (Jason); her siblings' children, Lily, Nora, Jack and Evie; and also Cole Shafer. She is also survived by her many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Those who so desire may make memorial donations in remembrance of Steph to the University of Utah Hospital Foundation.
