Teresa Woodruff Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2018, at the age of 59, Teresa Woodruff (Ogden, Utah) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Carroll and DeNiese Carroll; and her grandparents, Vernon Carroll, Mary Carroll, Theodore McGahan and Margareta McGahan.
She is survived by: her spouses, Christopher Woodruff and Chris; her children, Patrick Woodruff, Benjamin Woodruff (Jessica), Vernon Woodruff (Krystal) and Mercedes Woodruff; her grandchildren, James Woodruff and Willis Woodruff; and her siblings, Catherine Muniz (Joe), Margaret McGovern (Andy) and Richard Carroll (Andrea).
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Ronald McDonald House, 935 E. South Temple, SLC, UT 84102 in Teresa's honor.
