He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn; his parents, James Manning and Hallie "Helen" Manning; and his sister Juanita "Nita" Keene. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Tomi Hammons (Doug), Jimmy Manning (Kathy), Dana Hardy (Jeff), Sara Bass (Joe), David Manning (Sarah), Micah Manning and Tyler Manning.
