He was predeceased by: his wife Alice; and his siblings, Mitchell, Martha and Alice. He is survived by: his father Jidi; and his children, David Sawaya, Celia Anne Corey (Doug), Richard Sawaya (Jill) and Jeanette Sawaya (Gary Hoel). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
