He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas E. Harper and Geneva Barrett; his former wife Alice Irene Tiefenthaler; his wife Alice Irene Harper; and his children, Bill, Vicki Harper, Wayne, Linda Harper, Jerry and Pam Harper.
