It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vickie Barker (Ogden, Utah), who passed away on May 7, 2018, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Max Hess; her brother Steven Hess; her sister-in-law Sharon Hess; her nephew Troy Hess; her granddaughter Kaylee Anzalone; her brother-in-law Perry Anzalone; and her former husband Robert David Barker.
She is survived by: her mother Lois; her husband Joe; her children, Neil Barker (April), Sativa Kozerski (Julian), Cheryl Promesberger (Mike) and Elizabeth Barker (Ben Freeman); her stepchildren, Megan Anzalone, Rheannon Anzalone and Mickey Anzalone; her sisters, Jodee Casdorph (Dave), Patricia Arthurs (Terry), Shelley Anzalone and Candy Meservy; and her daughter Fantasia Evans. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
