He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred A. Omer and Helen Barton Omer; his siblings, Sharon, Audrey and Bob; his wife Alyce; and his daughter Cindy.
He is survived by: his sons, Dennis Omer (Anna) of Fremont, CA and Mark Omer (Cheryl) of Ogden; his grandchildren, Ryan (Kristen) of San Diego, CA and Shera of South Ogden; and his great grandchildren, Zackery and Samantha of San Diego, CA.
