It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Eileen Fenn (Orem, Utah), born in Colusa, California, who passed away on April 13, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father William David; her children, Vickie Gonzalez (Bill), Jodi Gross (Todd), Lucy Duran, Mark Fenn (Angie), Greg Fenn (Wendy) and Reed Fenn (Becky); her mother Lucy Weber; her siblings, Wynn Weber, Helen Thompson, Yvonne McNulty, Yvette Vandiver, Wayne D. Weber and Patricia Weber; and her husband Donald Fenn. She was also cherished by six children and numerous nieces, nephews and their spouses and children.
