She was predeceased by : her husband Ivan M Van Leuven; her children, Michael Van Leuven and KayLynn Van Leuven Palmer; her sister Ann Kump; and her parents, Jack Daniels Thomas and Mary Snyder Thomas.

She is survived by : her daughter Jill Christensen (Garth). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and five and a half great-grandchildren.
