She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Heber Sevy and Sofia Knell Sevy; her grandparents, John and Mary Sevy; her husband Samuel Earl Allen; her grandchildren, Kenny Allen (Jaccie), Clint (Amber) and Debbie (Chad); her sister Marion Turner; her sons, Rodger Earl Allen and Charlie McKee Allen; and her siblings, Adele Decker and Russel Sevy. She was also cherished by 21 great-grandchildren and 17 great-great-grandchildren.
