She was predeceased by : her parents, Myron Joseph and Martha Jane Sevy Proctor; and her siblings, Myron Ray Proctor (Vera), Martha Elizaeth Proctor, Merlin Proctor, Ruth D Davis (Joseph "Dub"), Oeah Maude Proctor, Eva M Tebbs (Earl), Gwendolin Daly (George), Aleta Furlong (Merrill), John Sevy Proctor, Nell Clark (Arthello), Thomas S Proctor (Ramona), George W. Proctor (Thora), Jay Proctor (Dudley) and Kenneth Proctor (Roma).
She is survived by : her spouse May; and her children, Roberta Fowler (Richard) of Idaho, Donald Earl (Toni) and Jeanette (Daniel). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren.
