She is survived by: her parents, Ernest Willy Wolf, Jr. and Evy Johannessen of Goshen, Utah.; her sister Anna-Marie Bass (Dwayne); and her sibling's children, Sara-Marie Thredgold (Cameron), Anna Yvonne Bass and Kenneth William Bass. She is also survived by Father and the waiting arms of her parents.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Tuberous Sclerosis Alliance would be appreciated.
