He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kahale'ohu Kauwe, Sr. and Mary Keli'inohopali Kekoa Kauwe. He is survived by: his brother Stewart Kauwe (Sallee); and his children, Kenneth K. Kauwe, Jr., Sheldon Kauwe (Allyson), Justin Kauwe (Darling), Adonica Tuitama (Nuumativa), Leila Kauwe, Anela Lawrence (Tivis), Joseph Kauwe and Malia Oyler (Zach). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Kenneth humbly requested for donations to be made towards the mission funds of his grandkids.
