He is survived by: his wife Jamie; his siblings, Marcia Ann Smith (Raymond), Jeanne Evans (Tony), Jerald Chipman (Ginny), Steve Chipman (Linda), Mark Chipman (Joan), Val Chipman (Sharon), Virginia Tarr (Glen), Vern, Bruce, James Chipman and Hazel Dawn Belliston; and also, Brad, Kathie Deveraux of American Fork, Brandon Jennifer Betts (Kelly) and Dale Deveraux (Jen). He is also survived by 4 Children and 3 Grandchildren.
