He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Robert Gardner Proctor; his wife Joy Robinson Proctor; his children, LaRae Thorpe, EllaVee Yuzon (Craig), Tenny Hui Yuk Sim, Robert Earl Proctor (Madonna), Edward Ray Proctor (Christine) and Jason Robinson Proctor (Courtney); his siblings, Evelyn Condo, Janis Clegg (Almon) and Stan Adams (Verlinda); his son Joe D Proctor (LeeAnn); and his granddaughter Savannah Jensen. He was also cherished by grandchildren, 66 beautiful great-grandchildren and 5 cherished great-great-grandchildren.
