He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Madsen; his parents, Theron K. Madsen and Thelma Bradley Madsen; his son Jason Madsen; his parents-in-law, Frank Aaron and Vonnie E. Lashmett; and his siblings, Bruce Madsen and Gaye Lynne (Phillip Miller).
He is survived by: his children, Clint Madsen (Vikki), Aaron Madsen (Kim), Deborah O'Neil (J. R.) and Randy Madsen (Karin); his siblings, Gordon Madsen (Eileen) and Maureen Johnson (Mick); his siblings-in-law, Dawna Madsen and Ronnie Lashmett (Shirley); his grandchildren, Kandis, Shelbie, Alexandra, Shane, Dallen and Danner; and his great grandchildren, Kamryn and Skylar.
