It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sam Henry Jensen Jr. of Price, Utah, who passed away on July 6, 2021, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his daughter Jayda; his wife Natalie Nokes; his daughter Shalauna Jensen; his siblings, Lisa Thomas (Bobby), Deanna Peterson (Steve), Jamey Jensen (Angela) and Donald Peterson Jeff (Wendy); his parents, Sam Henry Jensen Sr. and Donna Calder; and his sisters, Leigh Ann Rasmussen and Donna Jean Peterson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
