He was predeceased by: his siblings, Resmo, Floyd, David, Beltran, Leroy Arellano, Orla Gallegos and Margie Vigil; and his in-laws, Joe and Susana Leyba.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Vigil of Sunnyside; his children, Rochella Vigil (Shawn) and Wilfred Vigil, Jr. (Cara); his grandchildren, Rayme Vigil (Marissa), Ashlyn Vigil (Chad), Kyla Vigil (Ethan), Willow Vigil, Parker and Stella of Tooele; and his sister Edna Arellano. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and godchildren.
A vigil service was held on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church (201 Center St, East Carbon, UT 84520). Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 at the East Carbon City Cemetery East Carbon (451 Denver Ave, East Carbon, UT 84520).
