He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Blackwell and Virginia Blackwell; his wife Brenda A. Blackwell; and his children, Mychel Blackwell Hudson and Matthew Robert Blackwell.
He is survived by: his son Daniel (Lyndy); his brothers, Philip S. (Donna) and David H. Blackwell (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Jett, Brayden, Schuylar and Ryan Hudson; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Gracie and Tate Hudson. He is also survived by his wife of 56 years, three children, six grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
