He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Vane Quentin Bates and Alfred Frank Kirkland. He is survived by: his siblings, Kevin (Jen), Casey (Ashley) and Kelly (Bryce Heinz); and his grandmothers, Anna Bates and Alma Kirkland. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
