We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2020, Chad Moon (Provo, Utah) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Carrie Kent (Adam), Doug Moon (Isabel) and Rachelle Szymanski (Jared).
Even though he lived with Alzheimer's during the last phase of his life, our memories of our dad and grandpa are sweet and we value every minute we were given with him.
