He is survived by: his parents, Clarence Hartsell Phillips and Julie Halladay Phillips; his sisters, Jennifer Atkin, Wendy Hayward (Mike) and Julianna Phillips; his siblings' children, Kody Atkin (Bobbie), Austin Atkin (Cheryl Blatnick), Brtitney Nielson (Mitch) and Sam Atkin; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Krew, Oakley, Kodyn, Kai Atkin, Remington and Trinity Atkin.
