He is survived by: his wife Barbara Greenall; and his children, John D. (Gloria), Reed (Robin), Tracy L. (Carol), Mark D. (Mary Ann), Patricia (John Allen) and Gary E. (Rebecca). He is also survived by 30 grandchildren and 75 great grandchildren.
