Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Deborah Howard (Provo, Utah), born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away at the age of 74, on March 7, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester "Chet" Monson Gilgen and Mary Ellen "Meg" Read; and her daughter Amanda Howard. She is survived by: her husband Mark; her children, Shelli Tyler (David), Scott Howard (Sarah) and Ken Howard; and her siblings, Read Gilgen, Becky Jones and Miriam Steurer. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
