We are sad to announce that on September 20, 2019, at the age of 63, Eric Roy Samuelsen (Provo, Utah) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Samuelsen and Mary Samuelsen; his wife Annette; his children, Kai Samuelsen (Angela), Rebekah Owens, Tucker Samuelsen and Lexie Dalton (Andrew); and his brothers, Robert and Rolf.

In lieu of flowers, Eric requested that donations be made to Plan-B Theatre Company, his artistic home.
