He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Seely and Maude Seely of Provo Ut; his wife Nancy Lu Clegg; his daughter Diane S Fisher; his sisters, Joann and Joyce; and his grandson Steven Fisher.
He is survived by: his children, Steven L, Roxanne Seely of Lehi Ut, Robert B, Sheri Lyn Jensen of Ridgecrest, CA and Brenda Seely of Orem. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 34 Great Grandchildren.
