He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Todd and Etta S. Todd of Gridley, California.; his former wife Sally McClay Todd; his sister Ann Todd Hess; and his stepson James Burch.

He is survived by: his wife Janet A. Todd; his sisters, Anita Todd Valentine (Virgil) and Marna Todd Eyring (Phil); and his stepchildren, Alan G. Burch, Ann B. Seymour and William H. Burch.
