It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Kenneth Betts (Provo, Utah), who passed away on July 18, 2018, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Jay; and his sister Rosalie Bacca. He is survived by: his son Robert Betts (Vicky); his grandchildren, Chyenne, Shelby, Jeslyn, Weston and Wylie; and his siblings, Merianne Nelson (Jay) and Ed Betts (Kathy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
