He was predeceased by: his parents, James Percy and Norma Susan Jasper; his wife Mary Alice Nay Jasper; his daughter Debra Kuhni (Ken); his stepchildren, Diane Stoker and David Peterson; and his siblings, Ronald Jasper, Joyce Vigil, Dorothy Sawyer and Janice Westphal.
He is survived by: his daughter Debi; his former spouse Deon Howard; his sons, Randy Jasper (Bethene) and Boyce; and his siblings, Chad Jasper, Jerry Jasper, Reverl Jasper, Jack Jasper, Boyd Jasper and Mary Rupper. He is also survived by 70 grandchildren and great grandchildren.
