He was predeceased by: his parents, Watson George and Lula Huish Evans; his daughter Julie Haven; his granddaughter Alysha Haven; and his siblings, Betty Thomas and Tommy Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Larna Ann Birt Haven; his children, Rickey Evans, Danny Haven (Tonya) and Cindy Openshaw (Tony); his siblings, Shirley Homer of San Clemente, CA, Norma Robertson of Lehi, UT and William Evans (Helen) of Spanish Fork, UT; and his sister-in-law Janice Evans of Spanish Fork, UT.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
