He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward and Shirley Leonard Lineback. He is survived by: his children, John Paul (Scarlett), Bryn Rebecca Dean and Eric Henry (Beth); and his siblings, Paul Lineback, Shirl Dyer, Gary Lineback and Mark Lineback.
