She was predeceased by: her daughter Pat Purcell (Randall) of Blanding, UT; her former husband Mel; her siblings, Richard (JoAnn) and Jeri Ann (Bill); her son-in-law Adam; and her grandchild Ashley.
She is survived by: her brother Dan E. (Tiana); her husband Melvin D Perry; and her children, Melvin D Perry (Beth) of Cedar City, UT, Jim D Perry (Deborah) of Tucson, AZ., Sauna M. Gentry (Stephen), Roark C. Perry (Darissa), Slade M Perry (Rachel) of Mona, UT, Tara D. Ivie (Lewis), Miranda D. Stewart and Alicia R. Kester (Ashton). She is also survived by children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
