She was predeceased by: her parents, Theron Valeo and Anne Bray Kuhni; and her brother Theron Dallan Kuhni (Cindy). She is survived by: her husband John Morris Rees; her children, David Dallan Rees (Dana) and Sydney Rees Chappell (Brandon); her grandchildren, Brayden Valeo Rees and Jameson David Chappell; her sister Diann Smith (Craig); and her sister-in-law Cindy Kuhni (Dallan). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made on Kathy's behalf to the Huntsman Cancer Institute.
