She was predeceased by: her parents, Rhoda Lucinda Taggart and Samuel Mills; and her great grandchild Colt. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Myron Wheatley; her children, Myron Wheatley (Deborah), Dawain Wheatley (Susan), Maury Wheatley, Durrell Wheatley (Sue), Micah Wheatley (Dayna), Lucinda Woodland (Scott) and Dennis Wheatley (Heidi); and her sisters, Dyan Welch (George) and Sharon Messegee (Ray).

In Lieu of flowers please make donations to March of Dimes for helping Myron with his polio or the Willard School to help with children's literature program.
