She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George L. Watt and Norma Livingston Watt; her husband Bill Bate; her children, Allan (Sheri), Steven (Janet), David (Rachel), Sherrilyn (Jason) and Jadean (Craig); her brother Ronald Watt (Barbara); and her brother-in-law Richard Bate (Mary). She was also cherished by many cousins and dear friends.
