He was predeceased by: his parents, Milo Legrand and Anna Ardella Rowan; his former wife Emma Lindsay; and his sons, David and Victor.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon; and his children, Linda Wesemann (Gordon), Marsha Rowan of Salmon, ID, Scott Rowan (Joleen) of South Pasadena, FL, Kris Rowe (Bill) of Provo, UT and Shelly Williams (Tom) of Mount Vernon, WA.. He is also survived by 18 Grandchildren, 33 Great Grandchildren and 4 Great Great Children.
