She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Maynard and Della Warner Maynard; her husband Richard; her daughter Colleen Palfreyman; her son-in-law Marvin Spresser; and her grandson Michael Quarnstrom.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Quarnstrom (Blaine) of Spanish Fork, UT, Dixie Grimmett of Huntington Beach, CA, Gloria "Penny" Spresser of Spanish Fork, UT and Mary Tilson of Provo, UT. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in her name to the Huntsman Cancer Foundation, 500 Huntsman Way, Salt Lake City, UT 84108.
