He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hugh Jenne Cannon and Sarah Ellen Richards Cannon; his significant other Elsie Shortt; and his children, David (Ana Maria), Christine, Julie Ballard (Lynn), Cathy Maurer (Brian), Eileen Healy (Russell), Cindy Davis (Glen), Mike (Tori) and Steve (Cyndi). He was also cherished by his parents, grandparents, siblings, daughter Julie, a grandchild.
